Every wedding at Shilstone is bespoke to the couple and our aim is to be as flexible as possible to ensure a truly personal celebration. The rates below offer an indication of our prices.
One aspect of Shilstone that many appreciate when looking at their wedding budget is the fact that we offer a 'bring your own' policy with alcohol. This allows you to purchase the alcohol and drinks at the best prices you can find, and have it delivered on site the day before. We'll take care of the rest;the glasses, the refrigeration, the service, and you can relax without fear that the drinks budget could run away with you on the big day! We can also arrange for a bar on site if this takes your preference.
Our venue hire includes:
Use of our own Mughal Marquee,
The East and West halls,
Grand passage,
Dining room within the Georgian country house,
Private walled gardens for photographs and reception drinks, Lighting equipment,
A PA system for speeches
Saturday dates in the summer: from £5,500
Friday dates in the summer: at £4,500
Mid-week (Tues, Wed or Thurs) at just £3,000
Smaller (below 40 people) mid-week weddings - please enquire for rates
Late Availability
We occasionally have cancelled dates that are being offered at short notice. Please enquire to find out if there are any offers or promotions for the time of year that is of interest to you.

Place setting hire
Shilstone provides you with all you need for your drinks reception and wedding breakfast. This includes high quality cutlery, plates and glasses, ice buckets, plain white china and crisp linen, tables (round or trestle), Shilstone’s own phantom chairs, cake table and stands for your table names or numbers. This is charged at £15 per head
Drinks service
We refridgerate all necessary drinks that you have delivered to us, and ensure that all bottles and glasses are ready for service and pouring at each stage of the day and in each section of the house. To include; service staff, all glasses and necessary decanters, clearing of all empties, and collection for you of any unopened drinks for the following day.
This is charged from £5.00 per head.
Catering - The Shilstone Kitchen

Accomodation
Bridal suite - From £150 per night including breakfast
Yurt hire - £200 per night
Each 18’ yurt sleeps up to five people comfortably and comes fully furnished with a wood burning stove and bedding. Minimum two-night hire.
